I love you, and I LOVE explainer videos created by you. I’d like you to do spontaneous videos on the regular, pls. I’ll pay more. Or paying for certain levels of project sharing. You have so interesting, fun and inspiring content you can do. I’m a little biased, but pls consider sharing your enthusiasms in videos for us visual folks. Huge hugs!
I loved your video. I am so sorry for the loss of your father in law. You all have had a lot going on!
We were out of VA and in NYC visiting youngest during his spring break in March and I’m only now recovered—and it’s time to return for—commencement!!
I appreciate the explanation of Substack. I joined exactly as they were adding new things that discombobulated me. I don’t understand Notes or Chat at all. But I’ve had the thought that it feels more like me than other social media, including that bloggy vibe you described.
I’ll try to participate with you to learn the ropes. I’m always happy to see your smile and hear your voice!
Jeanne, always such a joy to connect with you! I appreciate hearing you enjoyed the video. I'm giggling a bit that the first time I posted a long, rambling, unpolished video is when I hit #47 on Substack's "Rising in Literature" leaderboard! LOLLLL not one of my long-form essays actually *about* literature—just me yapping away without even brushing my hair first!
